Class Policies

Pre-registration and payment in full is required for all classes.  Make sure to register early as these classes are expected to fill up quickly.  All class material will be due on the day of class.  You can pre-register by calling 661-827-9660 and pay by credit card or come into the shop and pay directly.

If you need to cancel your registration, you must notify us by 4 days prior to the class date or your payment will be forfeited. There is much planning that goes into arranging the classes, so please understand we need to guarantee a minimum number of students.  There are no exceptions to this, unless we can fill your spot from someone on our waiting list before the class takes place.

In the event a class is canceled due to lack of enrollment, students will be notified and will be given the option of full refund or saving your payment as a credit to be used toward future classes.

All classes begin promptly at the posted start time.  Please plan to arrive 10-15 minutes early.  This ensures that all students will be ready to begin at the start of class.  To prevent distractions during class, please be sure all purchases for supplies are made before or directly after the class.

And finally enjoy your classes!  Your feedback is important to us, and we love to hear your experiences with our instructors and projects.

The shop has just received new shipments of yarn!  Yes, hundreds of new skeins of yarns and many new brand names.  The yarn side shop does look a little different.  It has been divided into two parts, the over $10.00 side and the elite yarns.

Knit Happens will be having special knitting and crocheting seminars, as well as specialty classes.  This is exciting news and will bring some fresh new ideas to our area.
